Small predatory descendants of hummingbirds. Kills rodents and lizards by injecting them with poison. Territorial and attacks to defend its nest. Babbling: In larger animals the poison is not lethal but induces a strange neurological effect, requiring an EGO save. If failed, the victim begins to babble and rave in an unknown language. The noise lasts for d6 hours and prevents all verbal communication. Encounters are never surprised while the babbling is ongoing.
